We had crazy weather here the last week. It was in the upper 70s over the weekend and yesterday it was down to 32. We had freezing rain, snow, and crazy winds that gusted 55mph and up.
Here's what I came home to:
When I got home from dinner the largest on was on my doorstep!
I love the tumbleweeds! I know that 32 degrees is a bit shocking down there, though - sorry about that. On one of my non-knitting blogs, I've got photos of the recent snows up here in Seattle. Crazy, man - but I love it! So much that I'm tempted to move to New England - or at least somewhere in the Cascades where I can get more of it. As soon as I've perfected snow tires for the bicycle ;-)

Oh my. I have to ask...where do you live?? Here in Chicago...never seen such a thing.
I live in New Mexico! We see tumbleweeds regularly!

Wow, I've never seen tumbleweed either, except on Western movies!
