First is my Verte, j'espere sweater, from the Short-sleeved cardigan with ribbing from Stefanie's Fitted Knits book.

It's made from Alpaca with a Twist Highlander yarn, which is Alpaca, Merino, Rayon and Microfiber and is super super soft. I had to hold 2 strand together to make this. It's super thick and warm.
Next is my first pair of socks for me. It's made with some Cascade 220 that was dyed by the daughter of the owner of Oodles of Yarn in Santa Fe, the solid is some leftover Mission Falls I had. I love the colors, and they striped perfectly, I'm sure that'll never happen again!

I've made progress on my Secret Surprise Marilyn. It's coming along slowly, but I'm enjoying the process.

The cardigan looks great - it really suits you! And I love the socks - I can't believe you've never made any before, what with all the mittens and all... I love variegated and plain yarn combinations, yours work really well together!
Everything looks GREAT Cindy!! I'll see you tomorrow!!
I love your Verte sweater! I have petted that yarn and dreamed of buying enough for a sweater... I am super jealous!
Also, good job knitting a pair of socks for YOU! Rock on with your selfish self!
Jo! You must make yourself a sweater out of the Highlander, it is soooo amazing!
